Since the most important part of providing an effective solution is understanding your current situation, we offer a FREE on-site evaluation and future needs assessment. During this time we will inspect your current hardware and software configuration and provide you with our best suggestions and recommendations to meet your needs today, tomorrow and into the future. (Business Customers Only)

This is what we do...

On-Site Service…
Along with FREE pickup and delivery, we can also come to you. We know that unplugging your computer and bringing it to our office isn't always convenient. Give us a call and we'll come to your home or office to perform any needed repairs. In some cases we may need to take your computer back to our office to complete the repairs, but we can return the computer when the repairs are done. Downtime for a business means you're losing money, so we can often provide same day service to help your office get back on track as quickly as possible. Our on-site hourly rate is $75.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum. After the first hour we bill per quarter-hour. We do not bill for travel time.

Working with your Corporate IT Department…
We will work with your corporate IT staff to provide you with local hands-on support. If needed, our staff will contact and coordinate any needed repairs or updates that need to be performed at your local office. We know that working with offsite helpdesk staff can be frustrating and time consuming. We will act as the middle man to provide a faster and more efficient solution to help save you time and money.

Maintenance Programs…
We offer maintenance schedules to meet all of your ongoing general computer needs. From connecting to your server remotely to check your daily backups to making scheduled monthly visits to your office to perform needed maintenance. Knowing that we will be at your office on a specific day allows us to address issues that may not warrant a standard service call which will help your office operate more efficiently. This also allows us to address problems we may find before they cause critical downtime and lost productivity.

Our Business Account Response Time…
Our goal is to provide the fastest and most dependable service possible. We work on a first come, first serve basis. If you are in need of emergency service, we can provide a more immediate response at an increased hourly rate of $95 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum. After the first hour we bill per half-hour. We bill our hourly rate for travel time one way per technician.

We provide service to the Gainesville, Bell, Trenton,Lake City, Live Oak, Branford, Mayo and all surrounding areas.

In-House Service…
We provide FREE computer repair and lightning damage estimates! We have never understood why someone would ask you to bring your computer to their shop and charge a fee to confirm your fears that your computer isn't working properly - isn't that why you're already there? We don't think adding insult to injury is the best way of doing business.

Turnaround time...
Most in-house work can be completed within just a few days! We carry a wide variety of parts and accessories to get you back up and running in no time. If we need to order a part (special order or limited quantity items) we have warehouses all around the United States and can overnight any item if needed.
 
Hours of Operation…
Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. We also offer after hours emergency support Monday thru Friday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. After hours emergency support is billed at an hourly rate of $95 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum. After the first hour we bill in full hour increments. Emergency service is also available on Saturday and Sunday and is billed an hourly rate of $125 with a one (1) hour minimum. After the first hour we bill in full hour increments.
