We only offer attended support solutions, that means that we can connect to your PC only with your permission you will need to call 386-935-4334 and arrange for a support session, just click the life preserver icon and download a small 1MB program and run it which will create a 4 digit password for the Support Technician to remotely connect to your PC. It's convenient for you and no one comes in your home and you can do other things while our technician repairs your computer.   $39.99 for a 1 hour session.
